Abstract and Complete Paper Submission Guidelines
From 27/3/2018, abstracts should now be submitted along with full papers. It is important that PDF format is submitted and all formulae be easy to decipher. Manuscripts must be unpublished research work. Topics must be relevant to Energy (renewable/non renewable) and the conference theme.
The submitted manuscript must follow the standard double-column, 10-point, Times New Roman font format. The template below in Microsoft Word (A4) is provided as a guide. Reference should be 8-point.
Abstract plus full paper must include title, abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with email address of the correspondence author.
A regular Paper should have a maximum of 7 to 10 pages
A short Paper or Poster (Work-in-Progress) should have a maximum of 3 pages. Short papers provide an opportunity to present the preliminary or interim results of an on-going research or its industrial applications or a new breakthrough.
Literature reviews must present an in-depth analysis or a new perspective or a new way for further areas of research.
While it is preferred that regular authors submit their papers online (Abstract submission page); in the event of any handicaps or network upload issues, authors can submit directly to the Editor in Chief (EiC). Keynote speakers are to submit their assigned topics directly to the Editor in Chief at firstname.lastname@example.org
Both regular and work-in-progress papers will be considered and scheduled for oral presentation. Posters will be presented during sessions reserved for posters. Short oral presentation of exceptional product or service may be granted. At least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and pay the conference attendance fee of US $200.00
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Invited and selected papers will be submitted to Cambridge Scholars for special book publication after peer review.
