FOOD SAFETY COURSE: SCIENCE AND APPLICATION TRAINING: FARM TO FORK LEVEL I,II&III

 

Background

This is popular short course offered to food and allied industries.The course has been running for five years now and has successfully linked players in the food and allied industries, regulatory bodies such as NAQIA, NFA, Health Department and ICCC and academic institutions such as universities and secondary schools

The short course runs for 3-5 days per level beginning at level I , all the way to level III.

Course objective: Food Safety: Science & Application Series

The objective of the course is to enable participants to understand and appreciate food safety and hygiene principles in food and allied industries.

 

Who should attend?

It is intended for personnel in the food and allied industries, food service establishments, regulatory bodies and education agencies.

Certificates

1.Certificate of attendance to all participants for each level.

2.Certficate of attainment: Optional- score of 60% or above in the examination which covers all three food safety courses (Levels I,II &III)
