We are dedicated to upholding the highest standards in employee relations, occupational health, safety & environment, and gender equality, disability, and social inclusion.

Policies

Our policies aim to nurture a positive and productive work environment by promoting open communication, mutual respect and fair treatment; dedication to the well-being of our employees and the sustainability of our operations; create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
These are the main policies;

  1. Code of Conduct: Our Code of Conduct outlines the professional and ethical standards expected of all employees.
  2. Whistle Blower Policy: provide a secure and confidential mechanism for employees and stakeholders to report concerns about unethical, illegal, or unsafe practices within the organization.
  3. Harassment Policy: to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace free from any form of harassment by providing an environment where every individual is treated with dignity and respect.
  4. Occupational Health Safety & Environment Policy: promote a safe and healthy working environment for staff and student
  5. Gender Equality Disability & Social Inclusion: promoting and facilitating an inclusive working environment for all staff, student and stakeholders.
