Postgraduate Programs
The School offers two types of Postgraduate studies programs:
Postgraduate Programs in Architecture
- Master of Philosophy in Architecture – (Research)
- Master of Architecture – (Course work)
Postgraduate in Construction Management
- Master of Philosophy in Construction Management – (Research)
- Master in Construction Management – (Course work)
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD-Research)
- Must have a Master degree in a field of study related to the subject of the proposed research.
- Proven track record of research
- More than 2 years’ work experience
- Contact the School to confirm a Supervisor and other requirements before submitting your application
Master of Philosophy (MPhil-Research)
- A merit degree or postgraduate diploma from a tertiary institution approved by the Postgraduate Studies, Research and Innovation Committee (PSR&IC), or
- A Bachelor degree of Honors standard (GPA 3.7 out of 5) from a tertiary institution approved by the PSR&IC
- Relevant first degree with an industry experience of more than two years
