Postgraduate Programs
The Department also offers postgraduate degrees ranging from Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) by research to course-work Master of Science (MSc) through Distance Mode.
Entry Requirements
Entry requirement for a MPhil Degree is Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, GIS or Property Studies with Merit and a GPA above 3.0 from a recognized university and MPhil/MSc Degree from a recognized university for the PhD program.
As for the Master of Science in Surveying, GIS or Property Studies, a Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA above 2.5.

- More than 2 years’ work experience
