Postgraduate Programs
Overview
The Department also offers postgraduate degrees ranging from Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) by research to course-work Master of Science (MSc) through Distance Mode.
Entry requirement for a MPhil Degree is Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, GIS or Property Studies with Merit and a GPA above 3.0 from a recognized university and MPhil/MSc Degree from a recognized university for the PhD program. As for the Master of Science in Surveying, GIS or Property Studies, a Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA above 2.5.

A degree in surveying and a degree n GISci
Entry is normally at grade 12 high school certicate or equivalent with B in Major mathematics, English, Physics and Infrmation Tech
Bacelor of Property Studies
Entry in the course requires a B grade in English and socail science along a pass at B level in minor/major maths
