Food Safety Course: Science & Application Training: Farm to the Fork

This is popular short course offered to food and allied industries. The course has been running for five years now and has successfully linked players in the food and allied industries, regulatory bodies such as NAQIA, NFA, Health Department and ICCC and academic institutions such as universities and secondary schools.

The short course runs for 3-5 days per level beginning at level I, all the way to level III and is intended for personnel in the food and allied industries, food service establishments, regulatory bodies and education agencies.
