The 2024 Acceptance list for School Leavers, Non School Leavers, Re-admits and Online Study are now published below. Tuition Fee information for our main campus and Bulolo are also attached.
Orientation & Registration will be conducted from Monday 05th February to Friday
09th February, 2024. You must plan to be on campus for the orientation & registration.
Note: Students who were accepted to enroll in the online programs do no need to be
present for the orientation and registration program. Your registration will be online.

Medical Report Form
It is a compulsory requirement that you undergo a medical examination by a qualified doctor at the
Provincial Hospital where you reside.
The MEDICAL EXAMINATION FORM (attached) must be completed, signed and certified by the same person.
The original Medical Examination Form must be presented during registration together with your valid ID card, original Grade 12/10 Certificate and original Offer Letter & deposit slip.
